Le Mas de L'Eau Vive is an exceptional and tranquil property that seamlessly blends modern comfort with the natural beauty of its riverside setting. Elegantly designed for relaxation, the 295-square-metre home features spacious living areas bathed in natural light, opening onto the garden.
The ground floor includes:
- A bright and airy living and dining area with direct garden access
- A fully equipped open kitchen
- A TV room with a table football
- One ensuite bedroom with TV
- A guest toilet.
Upstairs, you’ll find:
- A master suite with a private balcony, king-size bed, dressing room, TV, and luxurious en-suite bathroom with a tub and walk-in shower
- Two ensuite bedrooms, each with air conditioning, TV, and a choice of a king bed or twin setup
- A children’s bedroom with two bunk beds and a private bathroom
All upstairs bedrooms are air-conditioned for ultimate comfort, while underfloor cooling keeps the main living spaces and the ground-floor bedroom at a pleasant temperature during warmer months.
The outdoor spaces are just as impressive, offering a heated pool (available on request), a sun-drenched lounge area with breathtaking views, and a summer kitchen with a plancha for al fresco dining. A pétanque court adds to the fun, ensuring entertainment for all ages.
The garden offers exclusive access to the Sorgue, making it the perfect place to cool off in the summer or enjoy the soothing sounds of the river.

Free cancellation up to 2000 day(s) before arrival, then 30% cancellation fee up to 30 day(s) before arrival, then 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellation Policy
This contract is binding from the date of signature and deposit payment. If The Luberon Concierge does not receive the deposit within three days, this contract will be automatically cancelled.
If the Main Tenant wishes to cancel this contract, they must inform The Luberon Concierge immediately in writing. The 30% deposit is non-refundable and will be retained by The Luberon Concierge on behalf of the Owner.
If the Main Tenant cancels less than 30 days before the arrival date, all amounts paid by the Main Tenant will be retained by The Luberon Concierge on behalf of the Owner, except for the security deposit.
In the unlikely event that The Luberon Concierge must cancel this contract if unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure make enjoyment of the property impossible, The Luberon Concierge will seek to allocate the Main Tenant to another accommodation with similar or superior features. If the Tenant refuses the reservation transfer, The Luberon Concierge will refund the Main Tenant the total amount paid for the reservation. No compensation will be granted.
