Welcome to this stunningly renovated stone farmhouse in the heart of the Luberon, just a short distance from Roussillon. This sprawling property boasts 320 square meters of beautifully appointed living space and is set on 4 acres of land, providing ample space for relaxation. It can sleep up to 14 guests + 2 babies/toddlers.
The space
The farmhouse boasts six generously sized bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, making it an ideal sanctuary for larger groups or families.
The ground floor reveals inviting, light-filled living areas that seamlessly connect to the garden and pool.
The inviting double-height lounge, adorned with a large fireplace and dining area, provides a perfect setting for gatherings. Meanwhile, the fully equipped French kitchen caters to all your culinary needs.
Outside, guests can unwind by the shimmering pool on its double sunbeds or in the relaxation area with comfortable seating under the shade of the pergola, before engaging in a friendly game of pétanque on the boules court. A dedicated playground ensures the little ones are entertained. A hot tub awaits for a soak under the stars. The property offers views of the countryside and of the famous village of Gordes, providing a truly serene and picturesque ambience.
On the ground floor, a bedroom with two single beds and another with a double bed share a bathroom, complemented by a separate toilet. Another WC can be found near the front door.
Moving upstairs, a landing introduces an additional separate toilet. The first corridor leads to two double bedrooms, one featuring a child's bed, and a bathroom with an adjoining separate WC. Meanwhile, the second corridor unveils a double bedroom equipped with a baby’s cot, a bathroom boasting a claw-foot bath, and a dormitory room furnished with four single beds. Adjacent to the corridor stands another bathroom complete with a shower and WC.

The property and the village of Roussillon are approximately 50 kilometres from Avignon and 60 kilometres from Aix-en-Provence. The nearest airport is Marseille Provence Airport. The nearest train station is Avignon TGV.

One of the must-see attractions in Roussillon is the Sentier des Ocres, a scenic trail that winds through the stunning ochre rock formations and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.
Getting around
We recommend travellers wishing to stay in this property to have a car. However, The Luberon Concierge can arrange to have guests picked up from the airport or the train station, and a chauffeur can be available upon request during their stay.

Cancellation Policy
This contract is binding from the date of signature and deposit payment. If The Luberon Concierge does not receive the deposit within three days, this contract will be automatically cancelled.
If the Main Tenant wishes to cancel this contract, they must inform The Luberon Concierge immediately in writing. The 30% deposit is non-refundable and will be retained by The Luberon Concierge on behalf of the Owner.
If the Main Tenant cancels less than 60 days before the arrival date, all amounts paid by the Main Tenant will be retained by The Luberon Concierge on behalf of the Owner, except for the security deposit.
In the unlikely event that The Luberon Concierge must cancel this contract if unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure make enjoyment of the property impossible, The Luberon Concierge will seek to allocate the Main Tenant to another accommodation with similar or superior features. If the Tenant refuses the reservation transfer, The Luberon Concierge will refund the Main Tenant the total amount paid for the reservation. No compensation will be granted.
