This elegant, recently renovated Provençal bastide offers a private pool, air-conditioned suites, a lift for accessibility, and spacious indoor and outdoor living—ideal for families or groups looking for a tranquil escape in the South of France.
The space
Imagine waking to the sound of birdsong, enjoying breakfast on a sun-drenched terrace, and wandering through shaded parkland before a dip in the pool—La Bastide de Lily offers a quintessentially Provençal escape with all the comforts of modern luxury. Formerly a hotel, La Bastide de Lily retains a wonderfully welcoming atmosphere, with spaces designed for comfort and conviviality. The current owners, who have previously managed several exclusive properties, are true experts at crafting refined, elegant environments where guests immediately feel at ease.
As you arrive at La Bastide de Lily, a peaceful lane lined with towering trees welcomes you into the estate. The house, completed in 2025 after a stunning renovation, blends timeless Provençal character with modern luxury and comfort. Spanning over 600 square metres, the layout offers space and privacy for multi-generational families, friends travelling together, or retreat groups.
On the first floor (accessible by lift), you'll find:
A spacious double bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and a luxurious bathroom with a tub, a shower, double sinks, and a WC.
A second double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, also featuring a tub, a shower, double sinks, and a WC.
A family-friendly wing with two adjoining bedrooms—one with a double bed, the other with two single beds—sharing a generous bathroom.

On the second floor (accessible by lift):
A beautiful master suite with a spacious bedroom, elegant bathroom, and a private sitting room—an ideal retreat within the house.

A convenient guest WC is located just beside it. The living room is expansive and inviting, with picture windows framing the view of the surrounding gardens.
Outdoors, the home is set within 4 hectares of private grounds, with a mix of open lawns, majestic trees, and shaded sitting areas. A peaceful artificial pond and elegant landscaping add to the serene ambiance. The large pool area is perfect for soaking up the Provençal sun or gathering with friends and family.

La Bastide de Lily is located in the heart of the Luberon, approximately 50 minutes from Aix-en-Provence and 1 hour from Avignon TGV station. The closest airport is Marseille Provence Airport, around 1 hour and 15 minutes away by car.

La Bastide de Lily offers the best of both worlds—peacefully tucked away in the countryside, yet just moments from some of the region’s most picturesque villages and celebrated landmarks. The house is 9 km from Bonnieux and 7 km from the center of Apt.
The surrounding Luberon region is famed for its hilltop villages, weekly markets, vineyards, and scenic walking and cycling routes. You’re perfectly placed to explore local favourites such as Lourmarin, Bonnieux, Gordes, and Ménerbes, or venture further afield for a day trip to the Calanques, Mont Ventoux, or the cultural attractions of Aix-en-Provence and Avignon.
Getting around
We recommend that travellers wishing to stay in this property have a car. However, The Luberon Concierge can arrange to have guests picked up from the airport or the train station, and a chauffeur can be available upon request during their stay.

Free cancellation up to 2000 day(s) before arrival, then 30% cancellation fee up to 30 day(s) before arrival, then 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellation Policy
This contract is binding from the date of signature and deposit payment. If The Luberon Concierge does not receive the deposit within three days, this contract will be automatically cancelled.
If the Main Tenant wishes to cancel this contract, they must inform The Luberon Concierge immediately in writing. The 25% deposit is non-refundable and will be retained by The Luberon Concierge on behalf of the Owner.
If the Main Tenant cancels less than 30 days before the arrival date, all amounts paid by the Main Tenant will be retained by The Luberon Concierge on behalf of the Owner, except for the security deposit.
In the unlikely event that The Luberon Concierge must cancel this contract if unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure make enjoyment of the property impossible, The Luberon Concierge will seek to allocate the Main Tenant to another accommodation with similar or superior features. If the Tenant refuses the reservation transfer, The Luberon Concierge will refund the Main Tenant the total amount paid for the reservation. No compensation will be granted.
