Le Domaine des Arts in Roussillon offers a unique holiday experience on 21 hectares of picturesque land. This 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom estate is a tranquil retreat featuring a tennis court, private gym, and a large pool. Guests adore the well-equipped kitchen and the captivating art installations scattered throughout the property, adding to its extraordinary charm.
The space
As you pass through the private gate and drive up to the house, you'll be greeted by exceptional grounds and breathtaking scenery, with stunning artworks gradually revealing themselves along the way.
The inviting courtyard guides you to the entrance of the house. On the left, you’ll find a guest bathroom, while to the right lies a spacious kitchen, fully equipped by the owner, whose passion for food and entertaining shines through. The expansive sitting room boasts large windows that offer panoramic views of the vast grounds and impressive art installations, with Gordes visible in the distance. On the other side of the house, another sitting room opens out to the pool, perfect for relaxing or entertaining.
Ascend the narrow, charming staircase to discover Bedroom 1, complete with an ensuite bathroom. A few more steps lead you to Bedroom 2, also with an ensuite bathroom and views overlooking the pool. In the main courtyard, you'll find the entrance to Bedroom 3, which includes a cozy lounge area and a shower room. Though there is no AC, this room remains cool thanks to its ground-floor location and thick stone walls. It can also be configured with two single beds.
A second courtyard provides access to Bedrooms 4 and 5, each offering a bathroom and a comfortable sitting area. Bedroom 5 is equipped with a portable Dyson AC unit for added comfort.
For those who like to stay active, the fully equipped fitness room is ideal for keeping up with your workout routine. Afterwards, treat yourself to a massage session with one of our experts—just request a massage table to be set up for a truly relaxing experience. Outside, the fascinating art installations are a must-see, especially during an evening stroll to admire them up close. For extra entertainment, the property also features a tennis court.
The couple who manages the property year-round resides discreetly in a separate part of the property. They handle the pool and garden maintenance, as well as the two hours of light daily cleaning service.

The property and the village of Roussillon are approximately 50 kilometres from Avignon and 60 kilometres from Aix-en-Provence. The nearest airport is Marseille Provence Airport. The nearest train station is Avignon TGV.

Wander through the narrow streets to absorb the beautiful scenery or venture into the surrounding countryside on foot or by bike. With a variety of delightful cafes, shops, and restaurants, Roussillon has something to offer everyone.
One of the must-see attractions in Roussillon is the Sentier des Ocres, a scenic trail that winds through the stunning ochre rock formations and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.
Getting around
We recommend travellers wishing to stay in this property to have a car. However, The Luberon Concierge can arrange to have guests picked up from the airport or the train station, and a chauffeur can be available upon request during their stay.

Free cancellation up to 2000 day(s) before arrival, then 30% cancellation fee up to 30 day(s) before arrival, then 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellation Policy
This contract is binding from the date of signature and deposit payment. If The Luberon Concierge does not receive the deposit within three days, this contract will be automatically cancelled.
If the Main Tenant wishes to cancel this contract, they must inform The Luberon Concierge immediately in writing. The 30% deposit is non-refundable and will be retained by The Luberon Concierge on behalf of the Owner.
If the Main Tenant cancels less than 30 days before the arrival date, all amounts paid by the Main Tenant will be retained by The Luberon Concierge on behalf of the Owner, except for the security deposit.
In the unlikely event that The Luberon Concierge must cancel this contract if unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure make enjoyment of the property impossible, The Luberon Concierge will seek to allocate the Main Tenant to another accommodation with similar or superior features. If the Tenant refuses the reservation transfer, The Luberon Concierge will refund the Main Tenant the total amount paid for the reservation. No compensation will be granted.
